This set is in great shape, the only issue it has is that it is missing 1 piece. The piece that is missing is a curved wooden track piece. It is supposed to have 18 but there are only 17 in this set. I was able to still put the railway together by only using 16 of those pieces. The box itself does have some wear and has red tape at the bottom. Misty Island Rescue Set offers multiple interactive play.

Inspired by the DVD, "Misty Island Rescue", this set features an exclusive new pulley bridge that carries engines to the other side of the track, a roller crane, and log tunnel that plays mysterious sounds as engines pass overhead.
